At Canis Lycaon, we stand behind the quality of our innovative lifestyle products. If your purchase doesn’t perfectly refine your living experience, we are here to help you with a return or exchange.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it.

  • Unused, uninstalled (for electronics like Dash Cams), and in its original packaging.

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our diverse collection, certain items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons once the seal is broken or the item is used:

  • Personal Care & Wellness: Laser Hair Removal devices and Grounding Mats (unless defective).

  • Electronic Software: Dash cams where the internal software has been modified or the SD card has been used.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items are final sale.

3. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at info@cynislycaon.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement at no cost to you.

4. The Return Process

To start a return, follow these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send a request to info@cynislycaon.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return.

  2. Approval: If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

  3. Shipping: Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items unless the product is confirmed to be defective.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved: You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Note: Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
